Self Care
I’m going to go ahead and blame Thanksgiving for the wait on this one. I didn’t post the filler image because I KNEW I’d never get this one done in time.
I think it’s interesting that a couple of people immediately went to “they’re dating” on the last page. I won’t go further, but I wonder if it speaks to my personal writing tropes that that’s where you guys went with the information given.
I mean, I don’t know about Chloe, but I’d totally let Stan smash me. I’m only human.
Sorry about that. It wasn’t you, it was other things I’ve read and listened to in the past.
Don’t be sorry! I just think it’s interesting. For all you know I AM setting up Stan to get all up in them guts!
Last page, I didn’t really think so, but on this page… yeah, this appears to be going in that direction. On the other hand, I have acted not too far from how Stan is acting on several occasions without those relationships actually going in that direction. Perhaps less common in fiction than IRL, but I’ve seen it happen in fiction too that someone is extra supportive towards someone, even a straight boy towards a straight girl, yet the relationship stays entirely platonic. Sometimes, people just want to support each other š
Pretty much my thoughts more or less. The way they spoke in the last, and his wanting her to call him more “familiarly” was what made me thought maybe…
