It’s not a man. I decided a while ago I wanted one female and one male diamond dog, but didn’t have designs for them. Then I saw the cover to the LP and thought “well, I’ve drawn tits in the comic before; why not?” Also added the scarves because just naked with some dog parts seemed a little lazy.
Heh, I’m losing my touch, didn’t even notice it was NSFW until seeing the post header below the comic…

Not sure what is meant in the second panel by “You’ll catch your death in the fog”. And just as a nitpicking moment, in the last panel, the female diamond dog’s scarf is missing.

David Bowie has dressed up in so many odd things that, if I wanted to, I could make an army of Goon Squad members and none of them would look the same.
