I’d just like to take this opportunity to tell you to avoid buying used tablets. I’ve had to fix the A/C adapter on my wacom three times, now and it’s severely cut into my buffer.
I’ve never had a cut on my buffer, but it sounds painful.
But seriously folks, I was looking at used tablets recently. I think I’ll just go ahead and get a new one…
The tablet works fine, but the A/C adapter it came with was shit. I bought it from some company in Hong Kong. I’m sure if you bought someone’s old one off ebay you’d be in better shape.
Some things just weren’t meant to be bought used, unless you are honest with yourself going into it that it’s just temporary to get you buy until you can get the new one. Even then, only if things are so desperate you can’t just wait a bit longer and go straight to the new one.
New price is worth it if just for that first year of “if it breaks, warranty gets me a new one” bliss, you know?
And looks like Gregor is better at stealth than he thought, so far. But we’ll see if he can keep it stealthy when the heat’s on.
