Slight Miscalculation
I’ve been aiding my convalescing this past week, so I didn’t have a TON of time to work on this page, but I had a little break today to finish this page up, so here we are!
I know that “testing out the newly acquired powers” is a particularly old trope in super-hero fiction, but I also know that it’s super fun and so far every superpowered character in this comic has already been familiar with their powers so I haven’t gotten to play with this bit of fun.
I’ll try to get at least two more pages out in July & then I need to do the pre-con crunch to get some prints ready for Fan-X in the 3rd week of September. As always I’ll be posting previews of them on here as they get finished. Stay tuned!

I wonder if she sped up at the end in order to get him, or if she maybe continued speeding up all the way and he miscalculated that. Given that he is trying to assess her speed I think it is quite unlikely that he’d get it wrong if she was running at a constant speed.
I’ll never tell. Or I’ll tell on the next page. Who can say?
