Basil Exposition!
Wow! Who knew, right? Well, I knew, but that’s beside the point. Spencer makes me sick, SICK, I tell you! All that background detail? That’s him. Want more awesome background shit AND a funny comic about D&D? Read Dungeon Crawlers. Like, right now.
Also, if you can figure out what is written on the little displays the Ghre are playing with, send me the translation, and your address, through the “Contact Us” page and I’ll send the first person to get it all four prints in the print shop.
So… he’s an experiment, both smart and strong. A combination of the two, ence his name. Ghre Ghar. or Gregor, yes no? ooo, does that make him a hermaphrodite?
You get a fabulous no-prize, true believer!
Excelsior!

It always amazes me how a good artist can communicate so much, with so little. There are very few facial features to go by and yet the three ghre whose faces we can see have three completely different expressions – and all 3 pretty much readable. Exemplary work, there.
Atlas drones Vs. curious scientists. Guess who gets more sleep at night.
Display Guesses:
Their language, looks like some type of hieroglyphics/pictographs.
Something from another web comic.
Subject material Of displays: core or output power readings based on the smokestack tower they’re in.
hint: this is a downloadable font
Wait. Those are words? Bruh
Such great stuff. Keep it coming.
I’ve been wondering about this stuff for years!
Keep up the good work, Tyler. Spencer’s bringing great stuff to the table too!
